I partnered with Senior Store Manager Kimora Hodge to create a comprehensive branding process workflow that would help streamline the sales to operations turnover. After 3 consecutive president club wins, we knew we would have to really transform the way we were communicating with customers to continue growth. This guide was part of that transformation.

After successfully transforming our branding process at the Boston Park Plaza, I partnered with Senior Store Manager Aisling Brogan to implement and improve our branding process workflow while helping launch the signs and graphics exclusive FedEx Office business center at the brand new Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport in September of 2021.
