As an Event Solutions Consultant for FedEx Office Corporate Commercial Sales, I managed sales for FedEx Office across multiple hotel and convention center locations in Boston, New Orleans, and New York City. I worked in coordination with the Events and Sales teams at each hotel property, as well as show management, to sell, coordinate and provide branding solutions for large-scale conventions, trade shows, and business meetings. I helped drive the Boston Park Plaza to President’s Club in FY18, FY19, and FY20. I was ranked 1st amongst my peers for overall sales performance in FY20. Below are additional accolades I received for maintaining strong relationships with my host properties, providing targeted solutions to my clients, and continuously exceeding my business and sales goals.

Definite List Mapping and Automation

I was most recently recognized for my individual contributions on the leads management process improvement project. My work helped translate and automate the data provided by each property to a more standardized workflow for our entire hospitality sales team.
